KKV is obviously like Goodwill- employing the disabled. They offer a complimentary application for Medicaid & require only a SSI proof of income. It was so simple. I gave it to them, however, it is obvious that they are slow employees- special, like Goodwill. SO SLOW Taking forever The approval letter should be in my mailbox by now Taking forever I need my Medicaid- dental, as my tooth is pounding & I have an infected tooth fever, need glasses, as I cannot hardly see & the pharmacy is making me pay cash. How sad
Y’all suck! Not only the customer service but everything SUCKS! Worst place ever ! My dad came for a walk in cause the staff said they have walk ins available, so I brought him in only to waste 3 1/2 hours in the damn room for nobody to come see him!!!! Mind you they close at 4:15 right so we were there in that damn room til they were closing. Staff walking pass the room not saying a word NOTHING! Walked out to check if anyone is coming to see him and nobody. I DO NOT recommend this place to anyone !!!!
The secretaries are very weird. Three times I have arrived on-time and they write me a new appointment because they say that I do not have insurance.
Horrible customer service for the walk ins. I'm a regular patient here at KKV they were still open when I had walked in. Front liners refuse to have someone see me when they weren't even closed for walk ins (1530) i had just walked in a few minutes before closing. Staff just wanting to knock off early and go home instead of getting the care for the sick patients who seeks medical attention here at KKV. Walk in front liners need to do better and care for there patients even if it's added to the wait list of the other patients... read more
