Our very first phone call with Kokua Care, we spoke to Keahi who was very attentive and helpful. She put us in touch with Renee who is a true blessing. We connected with Renee right away, she made us feel at ease and was able to help us when we were in a time crunch. Words cannot express how grateful we are for all of the help and understanding we recieved from Renee and the staff at Kokua Care!!!

Renee has been terrific helping me to meet my needs. She finds the right fit to meet the needs that you need. She’s fantastic in making adjustments for you as needed. We have enjoyed working with Renee and Keahi from the office. They are pleasant to work with and knowledgeable about senior care needs. We worked with two different caregivers and were pleased with the care from both of them.

I would not recommend this agency to anyone. The office staff that I spoke to was very rude HR manager and after hours staff. They have trouble with staffing their home health aides especially on the weekends or if their own staff calls in sick. They lack communication between staffing and their workers. This past Sunday October 9th 2016, they abandoned a patient whom I take care of and is like family to me. The night shift aide had to work overtime because nobody showed up for day shift. 7 am.- 7pm.
