Was with them for too long. Very unprofessional staff. I was in the middle of treatment for my eye disease and my referral expired and instead of helping me renew it, they just sent me away. I had an appointment and I showed up at the old office because I didn't know they moved until I read the sign on the door. 5 years with them and I regret staying that long. Hope they improve for the sake of the patients that are still seeing them.

My first experience with this group at the Peoria office was great. Year later, last week, visited that office, sign on door "office is closed, and a number to call" . I did, message leave name and phone number, you will get a call back. I am yet to get a call. Visited their office in Thunderbird Road, sign on door, again with same number, anyways they see patients on Mondays and Fridays for specific reasons, closed other days. Called number again, left my info again, still waiting. My next move is to try the Bell Road offic... read more

I want to share my poor experience with this company that I had today. Your call center representatives literally told me I have other callers on hold while she was talking me. That kind of behavior is completely unacceptable to a consumer. Last time I checked a customer as well. Good job st hiring the right people!
