i had an appt for 3:40. showed up and the doors were locked. i called the number to see why and it went to voicemail everytime. i waited around for 10 minutes before scheduling an appt at cvs minuteclinic. i can only assume they were closed, which makes no sense seeing as i had a scheduled appointment and received no calls about them closing early. drove 15 minutes while very sick for absolutely no reason. terrible service. and they’re STILL messaging me about my “appointment” that i “missed”.
Closed at 2:30pm on a Monday. No note or anything to let us know why or if they’d be back. Incredibly frustrating with a sick baby in the car.
Visiting from out of state and everything went so smoothly. The doctor was amazing and made me feel heard.
Received the appropriate care and treatment.
