Justin was great at explaining all of the elements of the report and discussing upcomming maintence.
They were friendly, quick and efficient!
On a recent out of state trip, we had a problem with our car battery. The dealer there tested it and said it was good. When we got home, Kokomo Toyota ran a longer, more extensive test and found it was defective. It was under warranty and replaced with no charge. Kudos to Kokomo Toyota for going the extra mile and saving us from another problem.
