when coming in for pedicures one of the guys grabbed and grinded down my sisters finger nail polish on “accident” they didn’t even fix it. When my bill came they over charged me then made me tip over 20% when the service wasn’t that good. I told the lady i had a sun burn on the bottom of my leg so i asked her to just rub the top of my leg and she completely ignored that and just hurt me the entire time. (Grown out due to having them for two weeks)Jennifer did my nails for prom, and they are absolutely amazing! She took her time and I was there for 2 hours so she could make sure that everything was perfect. She asked me many questions on the length, design, and made sure I liked the quality of my nails. She was very patient with my accommodations and got me a water when I was thirsty. Also, another customer was there and got a coffee, for free. Very nice place with very nice employees. Will go again and definitely recommend.
