No customer service. Food wasn't cook well. I order steak well done they gave me raw even the mahi nahi. clam chowder doesn't taste good. it taste more floury
The food was not flavorful the service was wasn’t good. The bathroom up kept. The place was old and run down. Not returning anything soon.
Been coming to KoKo Beach for years, still my favorite for Prime Rib!!
Awesome crab legs and great service.
Seriously swanky hole in the wall whose specialty's serving up Prime Rib your way. The French Onion Soup's cheesy cover also presents an awesome surprise. But my fave was the delectably delicious "sweet" bread that arrived before the meal that'll have to remain nameless, like our Waiter because we never caught their names! KoKo Beach is most def To-Do, yoo hoo!
Service was great , servers name is Lisa . Great job . Food excellent . Clam chowder , baby back ribs with slaw and beans , all for $14.95 !! Hubby had New York steak sandwich with French onion soup and steak fries , all for $14.95 !! Definitely return there when we visit Carlsbad again .
