I live out of state and purchased "Just a bouket of Flowers - Deluxe" to be delivered to someone who lives in Andover. I was a little nervous since there aren't pictures for that specific product. Order delivered late, wrong item delivered, and email ignored. I ordered a succulent arrangement to be delivered to my mother for her birthday. It was delivered a day later than scheduled and the wrong plant was delivered. I was not contacted about the late delivery and was not told that the item I ordered may be out of stock. Additionally, the plant that was delivered does not appear to be equivalent in value to what I intended to order. Had the most wonderful experience with Kokee Flowers! My dear friend was turning 50 and I wanted to find a florist that was in her area, I’m in Texas, so I got a couple of referrals and settled on Kokee. I spoke to Yasmin on the phone and told her that I wanted peonies and whatever else she thought would look pretty to fill out the arrangement. I ordered a bouquet with peonies in for mothers day. My wifes favorite flowers are peonies and i get them every year for her. I paid 150$ for a deluxe package and they just put roses in it. When i asked why i should pay the same for roses, the answer was “believe me they are the same price”. No accountability, no offer to make it right. Just got robbed by these folks. Never coming back

Ordered flowers for surprising someone at their office. This order was made exactly 1 week prior , I was charged immediately and the order did not come today Monday 3/18/24 like promised. I’ve called 3 times left 2 voicemails & an e-mail and have received no response. This is absolutely infuriating and completely unprofessional please go somewhere else so your money and time isn’t wasted.
