Working with Eric multiple times trying to secure a house.. I can say the second time around. Eric went out of his way to try and make it happen..
My wife and I have bought and sold 6 homes in the last 6 years. 3 of them new construction. DR Horton was the best to work with, followed by Robinett. Our last new construction home purchased in 2023 from cornerstone is a nice home. Well built, however Cornerstone we’re not easy to deal with. Kokanee estates by Richmond homes are by far the worst builders we’ve ever dealt with. Buyers beware. These folks are the worst! Lots of stiff arming , and playing games. Looking to buy a home here but the realtors at the site there are not willing to budge in price at all saying it will bring the value down when you offer 1.1 Million cash on a 1.2 million house. Its "lake stevens" for pete's sake. They are pricing homes like it was in bothell or bellevue wa which is making it seem crazy ... the same house in bothell is the same price then whats the point in going 40 mins out of bothell? Hounding phone calls and pushy salesmen is the status quo for Richmond. I'm not sure if they use an auto dialer or just go out of the way to call you 4-5 times a day, but either way it was annoying. The reps name was Jermaine, and I'm guessing things must be slow because the volume of phone calls was borderline harassment.
