We had an amazing time! Everything was beautiful, and lots of stuff to keep you entertained. The food trucks were great too! We loved the vendors that came all the way from China, and were selling pretty unique items, so bring your cash along. The lanterns were absolutely gorgeous. You will not be let down in any way. Amphitheater was great. I loved the Chinese Lantern Festival. The facility was great except for having some restrooms closed. It caused standing in line for a needless amount of time for the men and an unfortunate amount of time for the women. More food trucks would have been a big plus. The facility was more than adequate for the huge crowds. All in all a very pleasant experience.

I wrote a pretty bad review from the ZZ Top concert about rude-drunk people in front of us at the tables. I was most upset because no one called me back. I had instant messaged them after my post and Laura, not only asked questions about my experience but also followed up with a phone call today. She too, was disappointed in my experience and told me how it should have been handled. In 15 years this was the only bad experience I have had there and it was disappointing that they didn't call, but Laura made up for that!
