Food was terrible got steak and shrimp. Worst I ever had. Unfortunately I did carry out had no time to take it back I just threw it away.

The girls working tonight were horribly rude to a customer tonight, the man ordered his food waited 30 mins and asked about his food, they said they didnt have his order and it would be another 30 mins before it was ready, obviously he was ready to go at this point and politely asked for a refund and they took his debit card and said it will be back on your card in 6 to 7 business days, and instead of apologizing their response was its not my fault, will never be baxk after witnessing this

It took 40 minutes to get my to-go order of 4 plates. When I got home, I found that it was wrong and the chicken was undercooked. Absolutely no excuse for that. I heard them talking about messing up the plate, and they still didn't fix it. Very disappointing and no manager in the store. I'll definitely drive the extra 5 miles to hibachi express in the future.
We use to love this place but lately it has been terrible. The past three times we've gone they've messed our order up, not to mention that somehow their Lo Mein noodles are suddenly spaghetti noodles.
