Koinonia II residents are totally ignored. If you file a complaint about residents making excessive noise during the night or on the weekends, you are out of luck. Nepotism reigns supreme. Management literally rarely visits KII. The turnover is unbelievable and you never get to know your neighbors. We tried to have a Christmas gathering to get to know our neighbors and were told the residents of KI had to be invited (we don’t know those residents) only wanted to get acquainted with our next door neighbors.
