I had my nose pierced here years ago and had a great experience with Patrick. Yesterday I took my 11 year old daughter in to have her ears pierced and Aubrilynn was wonderful as well. I would recommend KOI to anyone looking for quality and expertise.

I went in thinking my ears were uneven (Silly and stupid, I know) and the staff at Koi were quickly able to figure out what was wrong. (My piercings were uneven which is why I noticed when wearing studs but not dangling jewelry.) It was a quick in and out of one of the most sterile rooms I've been in (and I work at the hospital!) Aubrilynn was able to quickly assess where the piercing needed to be moved to and re-pierced my ear painlessly and confidently. Thanks Koi!
