We showed up at 7:30 for a piercing. We were told it would be about an hour and a half. It's been more than 3 hours and we are still waiting! There is only one guy here doing piercings. Would have been nice to know that information 3 hours ago! Ridiculous!
This place is wonderful! The artists and the receptionist are all so welcoming and kind, so it's a nice environment. Cleanliness is top notch, alike with their work. Sometimes there's a wait but that's to be expected with a studio like this. The jewelry is all high quality so expect to pay for that. Overall, I highly recommend. This is where I'll go to ensure I get just what I want.
I came in to get my five year old daughter's ears pierced, and they did a wonderful job! This place was great, super clean and very professional. Deej was wonderful with my daughter, and she felt completely comfortable with him. She also had very little pain. I would absolutely recommend Koi to anyone.
Came in for 4 piercings. The waiting room was small and the little kid playing on the tablet sitting next to us, super annoying.. but we got DJ and he was super professional, quick and painless.. wish you took appointments for those of us out of SLC. Besides the waiting room, the experience was A+.. staff was friendly and professional! Wouldn't go anywhere else!
I LOVED my experience getting my nostril pierced at Koi. Deej was my piercer, but I've heard good things about all the piercers! This was my first piercing and I was a little nervous. When he marked the spot he was going to pierce he took the time to listen to my questions and concerns and showed me how other placements would look. Suprise, I liked his original placement the best. He was fun to talk to and calmed my nerves. I am loving my nose piercing - I'm obsessed with it!
Went yesterday to get my daughter's nose pierced. The lady that did it was absolutely awesome but the wait to get in there was ridiculous. All in all I probably won't go back :-(
