Went in today for a nose piercing and was very happy with the service. Everyone was so nice and helpful and supportive. Very glad I went! It was super busy today - an hour wait - but well worth the wait!! I will definitely be back!
I just moved to Salt Lake City & had my septum done elsewhere & was unhappy so I came to Koi & they were absolutely amazing!! Ashley & Michelle were so sweet & very knowledgeable about my options & Patrick the piercer was one of the best I've ever dealt with. He has a calming demeanor & really knows what he's doing! I would highly suggest to anyone in Utah to go to Koi for your piercing needs! Also, the salon is absolutely gorgeous & very very clean!
I went in almost two weeks ago to have both Daith pierced and I also got a helix done. I have to say that the place was amazing. Pricing was a bit high but thats what you get to have it done correctly. Wonderful experience i will be recommending this place to my friends!
I got my Tragus done recently and absolutely love it! The people are super nice! The shop is clean and I loved the decor! Really awesome variety of earrings too.
Wait time can be pretty crazy! But totally worth it!� Deej is an amazing piercer, and super friendly guy!! Would recommend him to anyone. ��. Plus the ladies who work the front are really awesome as well, and very helpful; definitely value their customers. �

Today I got both my daith's pierced by Aubrilynn. She was amazing! Not painful at all, my insulin shots hurt worse! Superior service and staff! Very nice experience, will be back. Thank you Koi!
I wouldn't consider going anywhere else. They set the standard for piercing. I highly recommend Patrick as your piercer but everyone in there is a professional.
