A LOVELY NAIL SALON This place is warm and inviting from the moment you enter their front door. It's a tiny salon, but very quaint and cozy. The nail salon is located in downtown Chester, off onto a side street. My friends and I received wonderful pedicures with free manicures. Imagine that! FREE! I think they were having a special promotion or something. They are very courteous and patient with us even though they were a little busy with other customers. One of the better salons in Chester I found this nail salon to be well above average, service was excellent, quality was very good, staff was very knowledgeable & friendly. I would recommend Koi nails to people I know. Yvonne.
I love Koi Nails!!! the employees are warm and friendly. their service & prices are great. i've gotten mani-pedi, waxing, & uv gel done here on numerous occasions with wonderful results. i have also noticed they don't use cheap stuff, only top brand products which is good to know that my nails won't get ruin in a couple of days. it's typical for my mani to last a full week or my uv gel set to last a month or more... i totally agree with others that they do excellent work...
Great review for a great salon.... I'm posting a great review for this nail salon because they treat their customers with respect and care. They have a professional attitude in all their work, yet are very friendly and they do great nail service to boot! I'm very please to say that I'm a regular at this establishment...
VERY GOOD NAIL SALON! Nice place! Good people working here. Prices are good. Service is well above average. I usually get the OPI soak-off gel which last me for 2 weeks. Simply amazing!!! Their pedicures are pretty good too. Better than most that I've been too. The only thing that's lacking is more pedicure chairs. You will need to wait if you walk in when they are busy, but well worth it!
My favorite nail salon by far! Excellent service! Great atmosphere and prices! I get my manicure & pedicure at least twice a month here. Nice professional ladies working here. They clean and sanitize all their tools, etc. They can get busy so call for appointments is my advise.
I like this place! One word, TERRIFIC! This is a very good place to get your nails done. You can tell they are all about quality and customer service. I felt very comfortable here and the service was exceptional! Price is great for the level of workmanship. FYI, there's a lot excellent shops and restaurants nearby the salon. I make it a shopping day, whenever I get my nails done here.
My favorite nail salon... They did a great job... What I remember most about this salon is their top notch service (I got color gel and pedi) and friendliness. My only advise is to make an appointment if you plan to stop by. They can be busy at times.
A little piece of heaven An excellent place to get pampered! I've been to a lot of nail places and Koi Nails salon rank among the best of them! I frequent this salon whenever I'm in the neighborhood. The staff always make you feel welcomed and relaxed. After a hard days work, that's just what I need... You get pampered by their wonderful spa pedicures...So so good! I just love them!
