While renting with KRG from 2018-2021, we had minimal issues. However, my recent experiences with them has left a very negative impression. After our leasing period had ended, I was charged an additional two and a half months rent. After the first overpayment, I reached out asking to be reimbursed. Take my advice...run far away for these slum lords.
Please take my advice and do *NOT* rent from them. They are the very definition of slumlords and they do not respond to requests. If you are vocal about your issues they will ignore you and then just force you to leave your rental. I had a hot water tank break and they left the old tank in my unit (next to the newer one) and I asked the property manager repeatedly to please have it removed.
