Koho is now our favorite dinner spot when we visit Eugene. What a lovely atmosphere in which to enjoy some of the most creative cuisine in the region. My husband found it surfing the net and a foodie-in-the-know Eugene friend told us we wouldn't be disappointed. We enjoyed the diver scallops, smoked salmon, Koho salad, rabbit confit and the stone fruit clafoutis. Just wish we could stay a week and enjoy EVERYTHING on the menu - bravo, Koho!
