The prices, delivery times, and guarantees on their website are complete lies. After your shipment is delivered, they will hike up the price and say its your fault. Use another freight broker

Looks like they're just as bad at business as they are at being professional. I was reached out to by a hiring manager on LinkedIn named Luda Feitser a few months ago out of nowhere. We got on a call and chatted for about thirty minutes, and I was told that she'll let me know what the next steps will be. It's been months. Nothing came from it apart from her wasting my time. I wouldn't do any sort of business with this company.

It is really hard to find a dependable shipping broker that knows their carriers well in certain corridors. I use to get really great customer service with Koho and Jon Claycomb as my contact there. I dont know what changed, but KOHO service has taken a nosedive this year. You might as well just book a LTL load yourself directly with the carrier you prefer.

Worst company ever Shipping with the worst carriers Do not trust the estimated delivery fee They will double/ triple your total cost and blame it on the carrier they using If you like to do honest business do not use them
