I am very disappointed with my recent experience. I have been bringing my dog Roxy here for years, and she has always felt comfortable with the staff. Roxy has a level five heart murmur and heart disease, so when the air quality was unsafe, I made the difficult decision to cancel her appointment because I did not feel it was safe for her to be outside. Trash company doesn’t have any heart or decency for human life or animal life also they said my dog only had one year left and that was 2 years ago
I have been to many vets in the North Shore and Southern California over the past 25 years, these ladies are the best vets around. Truly, such a great and solid clinic all around.
When I walked into the vet, staff told me they were fully booked, but they let us in anyways, with barely any wait time they got straight to work. Staff were super nice and helpful. They are very welcoming of bearded dragon and are properly educated on reptiles.
