I’m very disappointed with Kohn and their staff! This afternoon my mini golden doodle OBI was attacked by a German shepherd coming out of my house and I called Kohn Dr Colleen Mullen and her staff informed me that they didn’t have time to see my injured puppy! What kind of doctor allows her staff to make decisions like that when it’s an emergency! I would think that Kohn hospital (Northbrook) would make time for an emergency, it’s a hospital. When I was fostering my dog this was the vet the shelter was bringing him to. I love that they work with shelters to help lower costs for that population. When I adopted my pup it was an easy decision to keep them as his vet. Worth the longer drive for us. I have had the best care every time I have an appointment. And when I have any concerns I send an email and they respond same day. I highly recommend Kohn.
