We had a great experience here all because of Elaine. We are doing a full gut renovation and had quite a few items to purchase. She was patient, gave us ideas, was consultative and was not pushy at all. Along the way we needed to make multiple changes and revisions to our order -- she was quick to respond via email and really went above and beyond. Elaine Hull has been an excellent resource for us at Studio 41 in Naperville. We had lots of questions and she was able to answer all of them for us. She was very patient, pleasant and helpful. Because of that and the fact that their prices on Kohler products are competitive we purchased shower hardware and a mirror. It's a recent order so we don't have the products yet but we're confident if we have any questions or concerns, she will help us
Excellent customer service. Yomi was terrific. She was able to locate a replacement for a discontinued item.
