Just like so many others, my experience with Cheyenne was exceptionally good. From the moment I walked in, frustrated with other show rooms disorganized reps (who seemed more worried about who got credit for the sale) she had me in/out and ready to pick up product in no time. Would 100% tell my friends to go directly to Cheyenne at Kohler.
I highly highly highly recommend this Kohler Signature Store and Cheyenne Davis! She was so knowledgeable, professional and friendly! She knew her products and listened to what I needed! AND, she had a great display of Kohler sinks and faucets! Hands on versus a tiny on-line image was exactly what I was looking for! She had access to inventory and delivery was seemless! Prices were competitive and fair! Again, I highly recommend Cheyenne and this Kohler Signature Store!
We had a fabulous experience with Cheyenne Davis at the Kohler store in Scottsdale , Arizona. She was very easy to work with and great with her follow ups emails. We had long delays with our product but she went above and beyond to help get this situation taken care of. We Highly recommend working with her.
Cheyenne Davis was absolutely amazing on the sales floor during my visit! She was extremely knowledgeable on the product and was transparent on the ETA time of each product as I needed a kitchen faucet within a certain time period. We are interested in getting the Kallista collection but have to hold off to take measurements for the height clearance as the Kallista is quite tall!
