I wanted to recognize Store Manager Monica Dietterick for the outstanding customer service she provided. When I experienced an issue with a faulty faucet, Monica stepped in and made sure the corporate office did the right thing. Had horrible experience with sales associate, Beth, and my bathroom remodel. she allegedly spoke with my contractor that was also recommended by Kohler and told me that a 36 inch vanity would fit only later to find out that it didn’t and it was not returnable. She knew it wasn’t returnable and didn’t give me the heads up that I shouldn’t take a chance that it wouldn’t fit and I would be stuck with it. I had my master bathroom remodeled in 2025. Donnie at Kohler walked me through the entire process and helped me pick out tub, tile, sinks, faucets, shower heads, shower enclosure. Mark Groce of Groce Construction put it all together and was an absolute joy to work with. I would highly recommend both Donnie and Mark.
