My husband and I were scheduling a bathroom quote to get for my elderly grandma and we were supposed to have a technician come out at 6:30pm. We waited until 6:35 and no one showed up so we called and the sales representative said that our technician had not contacted them to let them know he had an emergency. I drove 8 hours for a round trip visit to meet with Donnie. I ultimately purchased everything needed for our Master Bath remodel, and I couldn't have been more impressed by the knowledge and service by Donnie! Definitely worth the trip! Donnie took care of all the details, and the entire experience was amazing. We have more rooms to remodel, and we will definitely rely upon Donnie to do those as well. Extremely pleased customer!
