The staff is always excellent very helpful and informative. We have been very happy working with the Kohler store on our project.
I waked into the store with a few ideas and quite a bit of anxiety about my new bathroom. Beth Kapsalis talked me through many of the decisions until it became a very clear vision. Her experience and calm advice helped me immensely and gave me confidence. I highly recommend you talk with her about your bathroom renovation.
Just wanted to say “Thank you” to Beth for all of her help in setting up our shower. She was most helpful and knowledgeable to the design of our shower, and really was a great help in pushing for our delivery. We are thrilled with our new bathroom.
Everyone was absolutely wonderful to work with. Made our purchase, and the staff supplied us with the resources for other parts of our project. Will most definitely be back.
I wanted to recognize Store Manager Monica Dietterick for the outstanding customer service she provided. When I experienced an issue with a faulty faucet, Monica stepped in and made sure the corporate office did the right thing.
