Honestly nothing but amazing service from everyone I’ve dealt with
I was supposed to have an appointment this morning. I missed it due to my own error, but the soonest I could reschedule is more than one month ahead because I am a “new patient”. if this is the case, please stop taking new patients; you clearly can’t handle the ones you have. I can admit when I’m wrong, and being late for the appointment was my fault, but I had to physically drive 20 minutes to the office to reschedule because no one here answers the phone or returns voicemails. Justin takes care of his patients. His admin team is sharp, punctual, and patient oriented. They return phone calls quickly, respond to pharmacies quickly, and go above and beyond to get insurance to work for you. Highly recommend.
