Absolutely one of the worst online retailers I have ever dealt with. This company processed my credit card payment but never fulfilled my order. Without ever getting an update from Koffler Sales, I finally called and was told the item was unavailable. Then I switched to a similar item but never received that item either. Finally after nearly 3 months, with no updates from the company, I called to ask for a refund. I will never use Koffler Sales again.
