Palm Springs is my happy place and Koffi is the cream on top! Gerardo usually makes my sugar free mocha and he always has a warm smile to go with it and Esteban is as cute as a button!
Having spent a month last summer in Italy, I really appreciate having, ,Koffi, here in Palm Springs! They understand that great coffee's are "Hand Crafted". That means don't expect it to be quick! A memorable cup of artisan coffee, takes time to make. (Mediocre coffee is made quickly). Starbucks, is a good example of a company that has lost its way, trying to please obnoxious, entitled people, who want coffee immediately! I discovered Koffi back in 2008 when I was visiting Palm Springs. I love their coffee and see that their commitment to excellence continues as they have expanded to 3 locations now. We bought some bags of their coffee to take home this New Year's when we were visiting. Now we are ordering bags on line and having them shipped. No other coffee will do. The best customer service.
The best - no one else even close in the Valley-try this place!
