Excellent Texas food in large portions, but the best reason to visit is for a big piece of one of their delicious pies. Only drawback is that it is cash only. So be sure to have some!
RecommendedIt was excellent, the burger was the best I have had in a long time. The only thing I didn’t like was went I was ready to go, they do not take any bank cards, credit or debit. You can pay in cash, check or use the debit machine in the foyer, just so happened it didn’t work. Thank god I had a friend with me that paid. She knew about the cards. Thanks Donna McInnis.

Waiter recommended the Eggs & Cakes special as being enough breakfast for two. She was right; we didn't eat it all plus it was excellent. Looking forward to another trip thru Hico to stop there again.
