The Koffee Kup Family Restaurant is a Central Texas landmark. Having been in the Allen family since1970, Lynn Allen has owned it since 1975. We are a full service restaurant, open 6:00 am until 9:30 pm everyday except Christmas Eve and Day. We offer three separate dining areas, a complete menu and seating of 116. From eggs and pancakes, to lunch specials to specialty burgers made on our own homemade buns to Black Angus rib-eyes. Everyone can find what they're looking for.

Enjoyed the lunch stop over between Houston and Lubbock. The chicken tortilla soup was meaty and creamy with actual tortilla chips. One of the best versions of Chicken Tortilla soup I have ever had
Should have just got the pie!! Had the lunch special and was very disappointed in the chicken fried steak.
The staff was pleasant enough but the food ??? Onion rings coated in whole cornflakes with no seasoning so very flat in taste and overcooked unfortunately. The same thing goes for the chicken fried steak, coated in whole corn flakes with no seasoning at all so not so good! After sitting on the plate for a couple of minutes the cornflakes on the bottom became very soggy from the heat of the meal. Food was basically tasteless. Service was good, staff was friendly. Just that the food had no real flavor and both of us got sick. Asked locals for a recommendation and they steered us there for “down home” cooking. And whoever heard of a “down home” restaurant that doesn’t serve mashed potatoes?
Had the tender and tasty roast beef lunch special today! Food was awesome and came with a delicious peach cobbler!!!!!
This is my trip of choice when I need a good slice of pie or even a great burger. Real comfort food.
I had the chicken fried steak and a piece of peanutbutter pie and both were awesome.
