My friend and I received a wonderful massage today. The owner Worked on me; we had a wonderful conversation and I couldn’t believe my hour went by so fast. I like the deep tissue the pressure was just right ...I love the hot towels as well. Upon leaving I was relaxed and stress free. The ambience was good too me. The facial I had was okay. Wasn’t a fan that they popped my pimples/Whitehead’s though. It was painful and left my skin irritated. Service is lacking. They are inconsistent with appointment reminders and are hard to get in contact with. I left a voicemail cancelling my appointment, and no one called back. Then I received an email saying I was a no show and had to pay for the service. I will not be returning. By the way, Koffee Day spa, in case you didn’t get my voicemail, I cancelled my appointment for July.
Will did an awesome job. It was my first massage and I was scared but the staff was really nice and I felt comfortable right away.
