Rich is the best there is. Hes honest and know his stuff. He completely restored my computer for me 2 years ago, and when the motherboard of the same computer got fried this week he was able to swoop in with many suggestions for me to figure out what would suit me best. Just when you thought customer service was no more, you find a great company like this. Not only do they do excellent work, on your schedule, but their customer service is the best, bar none.
