They are not honest
Took my Fusion SE to have the front hood release replaced. Unfortunately the following day the engine light went on for the first time since I owned my Fusion SE since 2018. Upon inspecting the engine I discovered the 4th cylinder ignition coil was unplugged. I plugged it back properly and fortunately the engine light turned off and my Fusion Se is running well as usual.👍
I highly recommend this dealership. My experience with Danny Cho was extremely pleasant. He was patient and got me exactly what I wanted and even more importantly was able to negotiate a great price for my Ford Bronco. If you are looking for a new car I highly recommend asking for Danny because you will be very happy with your purchase and your experience.
I have had Mixed experiences with this shop for sure, what’s making me come back is that I believe they have decent mechanics. Now let’s talk about this current situation Yesterday March 31st, 2026 I brought the vehicle in for another 2 recalls ( they just keep coming 🤦♂️). Also expressed concern about when accelerating I feel like it lags and skips. Asked for a loaner and of course the advisor says no ( cool). Says vehicle should be ready by afternoon ( why would she say that, not knowing if they will find an issue or not... read more
