I purchased a Hyundai Tucson from Koeppel. I give them 3 stars. My buying experience was 5 stars, Hatem was excellent, but I give the service department 1 star. I've been to service twice. First time for just an oil change which took almost 4 hours. I saw my car come off the lift an hour before they told me it was ready. The second time was for an oil change and 16,000 mile service. AMAZING!! I came to turn my lease into a purchase and Maureen and Raju were fantastic. I had a tight timeline and they got right on it, also got my inspection and NYS registration done and even got my car inspected and oil changed--so amazing to coordinate all of that for me. I'm so grateful. Everyone was wonderful.
