I recently had a disappointing experience with Koeppel Mazda. Initially, I was drawn in by their enticing online prices, only to discover that they engage in bait-and-switch tactics. The advertised prices online were not honored when I contacted the dealership, leaving me feeling misled and frustrated. It is disheartening to see a reputable dealership like Koeppel Mazda resort to such deceptive practices.
