Amazing experience! I made a lease return appointment with Mr. Randy Lacher, the lease return director, of Koeppel Auto Group. Given that my Hyundai Kona was my first lease, Mr. Lacher made my return smooth and seamless. He was punctual, outgoing and professional. Purchased a used vehicle from Koeppel Nissan and also purchased a maintenance contract. I was told I was purchasing 2 oil changes and tire rotations a year for 6 years meaning 12 oil changes and tire rotations total. By the time my first oil change was due the dealership was sold so I went to another dealership who needed to call the maintenance company to get details. I took my vehicle to the Mazda Service Department on November 7th with a request for three items to be evaluated and repaired. One of those items was the tire pressure notification light which I had taken the vehicle in 4 times prior and it was not repaired. This time it was.I also requested a repair to the car's locking/unlocking system with the key fob. It was not working correctly since the battery for the key fob was replaced.
