Koehler's Jewelers has the WORST customer service! Koehler's Jewelers is extremely unwelcoming and arrogant. Don't walk into their shop expecting smiling faces and a willingness to help their customers. Their attitude is the first thing you'll notice when you enter the store. Unless you're going to buy a 10+ct diamond, they act like they don't have the time of day for you. I've been into many private jewelry stores and this one is the worst by far!
My favorite jewelry store I have received several items as gifts that have been purchased at this store and ahve always been pleased with the service when something needs sizing or repair. Great location.
Koehlers is tops! I am a resident of New Jersey but I drive to Koehlers in order to receive the quality and service that I look for in a jewelery store when I want to purchase gifts for loved ones as well as myself. They have a standard of fine service and beautiful selections that always make my gift buying an exceptional experience. So glad that there are still family owned businesses that put the customer first.
RecommendedI purchased an engagement ring from Koehler's about a week ago. Jim was amazing and was able to get the ring ready for my trip and was very attentive to my needs. I was able to propose to my girlfriend in an amazing restaurant all thanks to Jim and Koehler's! . Great selection of engagement rings!! I still get compliments on my selection after many years! My entire family purchases from Koehler’s and they recently resized my elderly mother’s engagement ring! Thanks for your excellent and trustworthy service!
Love Koehler's! We got our wedding bands there a little over a year ago and I have returned to purchase three separate SHY Creation pieces as well as a sterling silver ring. My husband also purchased an estate piece with a black diamond - we love all our purchases! Lisa and staff are all amazing. We highly recommend Koehler's for your jewelry needs!

Kohler’s has a wonderful selection of jewelry. I came in looking for a small diamond band and the staff was very helpful and knowledgeable in finding the ring that I was looking for. Highly recommend!!

I received my grandma’s wedding ring as a gift shortly after she passed away in 2016.
