He’s ok but very unflexible.. does not allow phone or video visits even in emergency or urgent situations. Not sure if they’re technologically illiterate or want the money but I would avoid.
no issue with dr koe, but whoever handles the medical billing is disgustingly unprofessional and incompetent, I received a call and was yelled at by some lady for a bill i never even saw because apparently it was returned to sender in the mail, she wasn’t very intelligent either, didnt understand how timezones work (she called me from an unknown caller id and idk who it is but I hope you’re seeing this)
Kind, Understanding, and does not hesitate to refer if needed. I trust him.
He has a wonderful bedside manner. He listens to all my worries and when I was in the hospital he checked up on me even on his day off. His staff are amazing and very caring and accommodating
