He was so helpful and inspected every inch of the unit. He was able to give us tips and tricks on maintenance and of course solve the issue. He is 100% FANTASTIC!!! Thank you Jesse!
Kodiak sent their teck, (Jesse) to fix a pipes freezing problem with an AC unit installed recently. The decision came to replace this unit for another suitable for the house. I was impressed with Jesse's knowledge and speed to swap the unit for the other. It was a great job done right the first time. The new unit is working as it suppose to.
