Absolutely the worse customer service manager. Not helpful and extremely rude. Try to return something? Good luck! Very, very bad stuff!!!!
If there was a choice to select no star, it would be the best option for what my daughter and I just experienced with the unprofessional, churlish manager of the True Value Hardware located on 5 Mile and Farmington Roads. We asked for two gallons of mixed paint, which seemed to take an inordinate amount of time to mix. After mixing it initially I noticed they were now adding red in a light gray shade. It seemed odd, so after asking why this was added I was informed they had to 'fix' the paint because the shade wasn't correct... read more
Had the material replaced on one of my screens. When I picked it up the first time it was obviously strung too tight, causing a bow. Asked them to redo it, which they sad they did. When I picked it up the second time, same poor job. Guy said it was the best they can do. I believe him, that is why I will not return to this store.
