As a busy working parent who does CrossFit for fitness and for the variety, I enjoy the fun/interesting programming and class structure Koda has, appreciate lots of open gym availability, and the downtown location is helpful.
When it can be difficult to find a good gym. Bam! Koda CrossFit shows up. Alex and Tommy are awesome and so helpful. Grateful for Y’all. Fantastic gym, everything I needed.
I moved to Tulsa ~2.5 years ago. I was lucky enough to have visited Koda Tulsa while trying out several different CrossFit gyms the first few weeks I was here and haven’t looked back. Incredibly positive, welcoming, and friendly. Koda Tulsa has it all in my opinion, but most importantly, an amazing community of people you will enjoy coming back to and seeing each day you walk through those doors!
