This probably doesn’t even matter since they are closing but I wanted to wait for everything to be finished before writing a review. Came in November of 2023 and found my dress. I’m getting married this October (2024). I ordered my dress in October of 2023 and put 60% down towards the total. I was told it would take 9 months to come in which would be July (2024). I called the shop in June to check on the status of my dress. I had to leave a voicemail. Never received a call back. If you enjoy being lied to, being told stories, and poor communication then this bridal shop is for you! If I could give 0 stars I would because quite frankly this bridal store doesn’t even deserve 1 star. Everything started out great when I made an appointment in February of 2023 to go look at dresses with my mom and sister. My appointment was handled by Heather who was absolutely amazing. The selection of plus size gowns was amazing!! The staff was so attentive and listened to what the bride was wanting! A very positive experience!!! Thank you for all of the staffs hard work.
