I have found Kocourek Hyundai to be reliable, attentive, helpful and very fair. They go the extra mile to assure my 2011 Sonata experience is tops! They have done recalls expertly and promptly and assured that any concerns or questions I might have are fully addressed. My experience with them has been top notch.
Bought a used car & ended up with about $1200 worth of repairs 6 weeks later. When asked why these things weren't repaired or disclosed in the inspection report, they basically said it was an "as is" sale and I should expect that used cars will break down. I find Kocourek dishonest and will never do business with any of their dealerships again.
