KIA in Wausau- Lawerence Barzda Called Fri a m. Figured it would be impossible to get in due to Labor Day weekend but he said to bring van in for them to assist us. The 3rd row left seat would not retract into floor cavity. Got there and they resolved the mechanical issue in time! Appreciate the fast, unscheduled service. Thank you, Lawrence
I had a great experience upgrading from my old minivan! Isadore showed me the 2027 Telluride which is capable of doing everything I need my vehicle to do and then some! He didn’t pressure me at all and took the time to help me understand which trim level actually met my needs and well as which dealer options would be truly valuable for me. I absolutely love my new car, and the whole team at Kocourek was professional, straightforward, and supportive through the entire process.
Awesome place! Very clean and friendly staff
