Had an appointment. Called a day ahead to make sure desired vehicle was on the lot as it didn't show up in inventory. Salesman totally ghosted us, no answer to two texts and a voicemail left on his phone. Lost sale.
Absolutely horrible service. Do not buy a new car here. They knew I'd never bought a new car before and didn't bother to tell me of the expensive required maintenence packages at specific mileage intervals. Take in for regular servicing and they recommend things that your car doesn't actually need but make it sound as if it's so important to do.
