While at first I was disappointed the service tech was unable to solve a problem with our Telluride’s mirrors, a next-day follow-up phone call and YouTube link, both initiated by service manager Norm, resolved the problem. Norm could have moved on to other issues, but he took the time to reach out and come up with a solution that saved me time, miles (we live 70 miles from Wausau), and money. Thanks for making the extra on our behalf.
