What a pleasure working with my salesman, Steve and business manager, Greg. I’ve bought and leased several new cars and by far this was the best experience ever. Drove home a new 2026 Hyundai Tucson.
Took my car in for a basic oil change, took them an hour and a half to complete and on top of that they couldn’t even do it correctly. When I left kocourek I got about 4 miles down the road and my oil light came on. Turns out they didn’t feel like tightening the oil filter in that hour and a half. Poorly handled...unsatisfied. We needed to get our genesis checked because the check engine light was on. I called and asked if they service Genesis vehicles and they said yes. Made an appointment. Day of appointment hubby brought car in. They said "sign here its gonna cost $230 to diagnose the problem and it will take 1.5hrs." Okay we told them we would come back and went home. We recently purchased a 2026 Hyundai Palisade and worked with Steven Chrisinger, our salesman.
