I just took my Hyundai Santa Fe in for 10,000 mile service and I’d like to say that I am always very satisfied with the service at Koucerek Hyundai in Wausau, Wisconsin. The team there is exceptional!

We are on our second brand new Hyundai Palisade we love the car plan to stay with Hyundai vehicles but we will not stay with Kocourek of Wausau. Their service department is the worst service department I have ever dealt with incompetent and very rude service. manager I would not recommend doing any business with Kocourek of Wausau. After being charged $543 and a car still not fixed we are taking it to Ken Vance of Eau Claire.
