We are on our second brand new Hyundai Palisade we love the car plan to stay with Hyundai vehicles but we will not stay with Kocourek of Wausau. Their service department is the worst service department I have ever dealt with incompetent and very rude service. manager I would not recommend doing any business with Kocourek of Wausau. After being charged $543 and a car still not fixed we are taking it to Ken Vance of Eau Claire.
Just bought a new vehicle for our growing family of almost 5 from the Hyundai dealership in Wausau with Kocourek and can’t rave enough of how great of a job they did for us! We wanted a little bit more than just the standard Ford, Chevy SUV with a third row and when we finally decided on a Hyundai Palisade we knew we were in a bit more of a luxury vehicle!
