I can’t say I’m very pleased with my experience at Kocourek Ford. I brought my 2020 Ford Transit in to diagnose an airbag warning light and an issue with the cruise control not working. Within about two hours of dropping the vehicle off, I received a phone call explaining what they had found. I was quoted nearly $4,000 for the recommended repairs, which I declined. I have been with Kocourek for over a decade now, have bought many vehicles with them, many oil changes and the whole thing, but this visit was ridiculous. I made the appt for 11am today, on my app and in a text message for proof and they had it for 10am. After 5-10 minutes there arguing with the guy the only solution was to leave the vehicle and they might be able to get it in by end of day.
