Dakota in sales did a great job helping me find a truck that fit my family's needs at a price that fit our budget. He was very knowledgeable about all of the vehicles we looked at. Clearly explained all features, functions and warranties. Shout out for Darren in sales and Will in finance for the smooth hand off when i went in to bring my new Ford home. Top notch team to work with.
My husband took his truck in for an engine issue a month ago (it’s still there), and we just got an answer on what’s wrong with it. Apparently we need a new engine and our warranty that we purchased is not covering the entire cost. They knew this was the problem weeks ago, but they waited to tell us. We have been playing constant phone tag with no answers for weeks. Good luck trying to schedule service here. Sent an email in over the weekend and got a response to call them on Monday, called 3 separate times and got a voicemail each time. Finally got ahold of someone who then said they can't help me and transferred me to someone else, again was getting voicemail. Called the main desk asking for service dept and got put on hold for about 20 mins before I decided to hang up and go somewhere else. Very unprofessional and huge gaps in communication. Good luck.
