Even though I haven’t been able to get a vehicle from them yet….(key word YET) still rebuilding my credit….(getting close and can smell that brand new car leather ) the service team has always taken care of me when I have taken my current ford in. Always efficient and kind and reliable and professional. I appreciate them and wish all dealerships would follow this example. Do not take your vehicle to kocurek to get it worked on. they replaced my cam phasers and all my oil leaked out seizing my motor. they then told me it was because of a bad head gasket. all they do is lie and their work is very shotty. Every time I've been there it's been a head ache even with simple things like oil changes. If you want your vehicle to last take it somewhere else to get worked on.
