Recently purchased a new Ford Edge from Kocoureck Ford. Dakota was super informative on the different vehicles I test drove. He even drove the vehicle for me, so I could also feel how it felt to be the passenger in the vehicle also. Communication was great throughout the whole process. Traded in my vehicle and that made that process a breeze also. Will in financing was so helpful also! I never felt pressured to add on anything extra for my vehicle. Absolutely the WORST car dealer to EVER purchase from. Horrible salesmen and the service department is nothing but a money grab! Will not help you out with anything even if vehicle is under warranty. Will accuse you of causing the damage when really they’re the ones at fault and WILL NOT take the blame making you feel very low and belittled. Also, do not do the valet service for pick up and delivery if you don’t want your vehicle damaged. They have VERY little respect for things that’s are not theirs.
Tyler Bedell was very helpful and informative. We are not tech savvy and he was very patient in helping us navigate the paperwork. He is a terrific salesman!!
Repair is good. Waiting to finish the job is very long for oil change, water fluid flush and spark plug. It took 5 hrs. I work on cars growing up until all this cross electronic hook up that is hard to work around now that is why! I get my truck repaired now. But an oil change should not take more than 30 min. Coolant change should not take more than 30 min. Spark plug changed max 1hr. Maybe 1hr 1/2 the most . I'm not sure if there milking the job so they can charge us more on labor cause. This was by far the best experience I ever had in purchasing a vehicle. Emma Kostecki was great at helping me find the truck i was looking for. She kept me informed of all the listings that were in my price range. I checked 4 or 5 other web sites and she was the only one to get back to me. Thank You Emma for all you did for me.
