I recently bought a new car at this dealership. I was thrilled. My salesman was super nice but they promised they did "a thorough inspection" of the vehicle I was purchasing. They also told me if the car were to have issues within the first few months they would take care of it. I test drove the car and put money down to reserve the car. Excellent communication by email and text messages for appointment schedule and reminders.
Marcus was very personable. He spoke to me respectfully and appeared to be honest. Only thing I was unhappy with is that the rebates are not automatically included with the receipt. If I hadn't asked about it, I would not have known and I would not have had the part numbers to be able to submit the rebate for my wipers. Realized when I submitted the wiper rebate, there was also one for the air filter that was installed. Why doesn't Chevy communicate these things up front? This is NOT a reflection on Marcus though. Mike wasmundt was very friendly and treated us like people, not just a number to get another sale. Was a great experience buying our truck. Will recommend people to kocourek for there future vehicles.
