I was two hours from home and called Krystal at Kocourek Chevrolet when I noticed a warningmessage on my dashboard today. She was very helpful on the phone and advised me to bring the car in immediately for inspection. Good thing I listened to her. She got me in right away, arranged a ride for me to an appointment, and Kocourek fixed my traverse within a few hours. Beware before you have any service done they are about 100x parts cost, that's right the part cost $8 and I get an estimate of over $800 to fix the part. I asked them to do 3 things they ended up taking my good tires off the back of my rwd and put them in the front. Took 5 hours for an oil change. Horrible won't ever be back. Once more they are price gouging, incompetent and slow. Avoid Kocourek Chevrolet. I regret buying a vehicle here. The vehicle was dirty inside and they couldn't seem to get it right after multiple attempts. I was significantly overcharged—not just on the vehicle, but especially on the extended warranty and add-ons. The warranty alone was marked up by at least 60%, costing me thousands more than it should have. I later found the exact same GMC protection plan at another GMC dealership for over $3,000 less and I verified it was legitimate. When I brought this up, they tried to make... read more
