Krystal at KoKo is Godsend. She did more healing for my nerve and spasm issues than a years worth of physio in four visits. All without harsh work. I love a deep tissue massage but after assessment she advised some fascia and stretching work along with massage techniques and I feel better than I have in ages and it is sticking.
