I had a great experience overall! The therapist was skilled and really helped relieve tension. I originally wasn’t able to get in for my appointment due to her being sick, but she was very flexible in rescheduling, which I really appreciated. My only wish is that I could have had the full 90 minutes massage itself as scheduled and paid for by groupon in addition to the facial i added but aside from that, it was a relaxing and beneficial session. I would still recommend and appreciate the effort to squeeze me in!

I recently had a deep tissue massage with Krystal and was incredibly impressed with her knowledge of muscle anatomy. She pinpointed my muscle tension and worked on the trigger points with precise pressure, leaving me feeling significantly better afterward. I will return for future sessions and highly recommend her to anyone seeking quality massage therapy.

Unprofessional and no customer service to potential new customers. I bought a Groupon for my husband based on the reviews which are probably not so accurate. We have been trying to contact Krystal and Koko aesthetics to reschedule the massage appointment but as you can see there has been no response to any text messages or any of our phone calls. 1st time EVER getting a massage, and Ms. Krystal DID NOT disappoint. She was very comfortable to talk to, POSITIVE energy & GREAT vibes, VERY informative, explains the process very well so you'll know what to expect. I wish I can give more than 5 ⭐️'s! In my opinion it's a ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ RATING!
