Love the staff and how friendly and helpful they are.
Was told I would lose 30 pounds.. after I paid $400.00. I did everything I was to do on my end..i lost 5 pounds.. not happy I was told by all the staff it works.. no it does not..
I am so thankful for Dr Kochert and her staff. They go above and beyond for their patients. They have jumped through hoops with insurance company to ensure that I get the best possible treatment. For example, they were on the phone off and on for 3 hours at one of my appointments trying to get the care I needed that day! I am beyond grateful for their compassion and definetely highly recommend KPI! �
I just have to say Dr K has been there for me when a lot of bad has happened. Her nursing staff was great and is great to me. I think I could not have asked to be referred to a better Dr. I'm seeing bad reviews by people some of which are unrealistic complaints that make no sense at all probably a junky not getting what they want. But personally I think she is one of the greatest even if I am her problem case (physically).
