Will never buy from this dealership again. They did not want to honor their we owe part of the contract. Sales manager tried to strong arm me into accepting $500 when the repair cost $1200. General manager couldn’t be bothered to return calls. I’d advise anyone against buying from here.
I went to Koch 33 Ford because I saw a car online that I was interested in. I texted them on a Saturday. Todd, the manager, got back to me right away and gave me an appointment for that day. The whole experience was great. The staff was pleasant, professional, attentive, patient and answered all my questions. I drove the car home that day and I love it.
Dj did a great job helping me get into a newer used vehicle. The whole process was good. Thank you for taking the time and listening to what my needs were and makes sure they where met.
Very happy with everyone at this dealership. Turned in my Kia Forte for this beautiful blue Maverick Hybrid.
