Worst experience ever with a car dealership. Made an appointment two weeks ago to get a part for my vehicle. Never given a price or asked, just wanted to get it repaired. I go there this morning and the person at the counter wants to work up a quote. She gives me the pricing and then says the part has to be ordered can I come back tomorrow. I work at a small company and wasted the whole day to get my vehicle fixed and they don't even have the part on order. THEY KNEW WHAT WAS NEEDED FOR THE REPAIR. He was very varying with our decision ,and he always asked what we wanted to buy and did everything in his power to make us happy .we felt very comfortable talking to him and he was very knowledgeable.
