Outstanding. I ordered the Fried Pork, Kao Poon soup (served on Monday/Tuesday), and the Spring Rolls. All of it was excellent. Usually getting soup "to-go" at other places isn't the best, but the takeaway bowl was just right. The broth came on the side with ingredients in the bowl - just pour the broth into the bowl and Voilà. Perfect proportions. I'll be back.

This place has the most incredible traditional Laos food I have eaten since I was in Laos a few years ago. It has Kafir lime and other traditional ingredients that make it taste so authentic. The lady at the window was very friendly and took the time to ask us about our time in Laos, where we were from and gave us all of the equipment we would need to talk this back to our hotel room and enjoy it and boy we did!!! Kob's Kitchen was a true hidden gem. We have traveled extensively throughout Southeast Asia, and this was honestly the best Lao food we've had anywhere outside of Asia. Every dish was packed with incredible flavor, and you could tell everything was made with care and authentic recipes. The balance of spices, fresh ingredients, and bold flavors was outstanding. It's a food truck! Grab it to go, but it's cook to order! Fresh and delicious! I got the banh mi chicken sandwich and it didn't need anything! It's also reasonably priced! I would add a pic, but I ate it too fast!
