They were able to schedule a same day service call. Tyler the service technician called and asked if he could come earlier. Love the communication. Tyler is very knowledgeable and knew exactly what he was doing. Explained everything that was going on. I was thinking I needed a new AC unit. Its was a simple wiring fix. Very happy!! As a retired business man, I would hire Tyler. Kobie has a good employee!

I have a mini split that I installed and screwed up and lost the freon . I called kobie and the sent out Scott who did a fantastic job and got it back up cooling. Thanks Scott.

My A/C stopped because I pinched a wire to the overflow shutoff and overflowed wasn't working. Nolan replaced the overflow shutoff and .. He was here quickly after I called on a Sunday. Will keep them in mind for the future if needed.

We want to thank Kobie AC for their outstanding service and support. On March 28 our AC Unit stopped working. I called Kobie explaining what happened and they sent a Blake out that afternoon. As luck would have it the compressor motor decided it needed to be replaced. Kobie did not have one available and immediately started locating a new motor which had to be ordered. These are people that you can trust. They are honest, professional, and never overcharge you. I cut the hair of one of their nicest workers and he offered to check my ac when I had an emergency. Turned out I had been overcharged for what the old repairman had done. I now call Kobie and they get there in a timely fashion and I never have to worry about my air conditioning anymore.
