My husband surprised me with Gallo’s for my birthday on Wednesday. It was such a disappointment. For the money you pay they don’t offer you what they did before. 😒 we were very unhappy and will never return back again. We got three platters and it was over $80 ridiculous! 😡👎

I ordered two filets from the hibachi for take out, and one of the meals had a head phone cover in it. We paid $30 for that meal and when I called to let the restaurant know, I received a “I’m sorry, we will leave you a gift card up front.” I wasn’t asked for my number or anything and didn’t even speak to a manager. I spoke to a host up front who didn’t offer her name. I work in a restaurant and this is horrible customer service.
