Ummmmm...Was there on December 26th 2017 and they just charged my credit card for it on March 23rd 2018. A friend of mine cancelled her credit card because she thought like I did that it was stolen. Who does that?! Not a good business practice!
Never had a bad experience until the most recent time there. The "chef" thought he was grabbing the bottle of Saki and instead cover most of my face and upper body with cooking oil. The chef and waitress never told management as they were informed of what happened when we told them walking out. Definitely ruined a night out. Only offer to make it right was to have a drink on the house.
Our waitress Ashley was very helpful and so pleasant. Our food was amazing, as always.
I order take out or eat in at Kobe once a week on average. I have always received great service. Hibachi is always a fun experience, and the portions are great. I can always get two meals out of Hibachi. The food is always excellent, and Kobe is my go to for sushi in the Bangor area.
Went there for my pregnant wife's birthday! They put us at a table where the fan wasn't working and all we did was ingest smoke from the grill so very not cool! When we asked about it! It was pretty much a big F you! Then I ordered shrimp and when the chef brought the shrimp out and cooked it! Other people at the table that didn't order shrimp got way more than I did. VERY VERY VERY much to die for!!!! My wifey and myself enjoyed it sooooo much that our bill was $93.78...which was worth every single penny we had spent! An also we had agreed to tipping the hibachi chef 25.00 and his waitress/server 10.00 when we was complete dinner an of course the dessert was absolutely delicious!! Job well done in the employment of the personal management at that phenomenal restaurant!! Her an I both give them 10 stars instead of just 5 of them!¡!¡!¡!
Great food.... friendly staff... good entertainment! All around great place to eat!!!!
